We are known for our Dorsets, but we are not new to the Shropshire breed. Grandpa Eugene started in 1934 with Shropshires and built up one of the top flocks in Illinois. Jeff started his 4-H project with Shropshires in 1958. We sold out to Noble Apple and the Elsbury family in the 1960's. Jared began his flock in the 1980's by buying ewes in the Shropshire Spectacular Sale. We have only a few Shropshires, but they are good ones - as you will see! We also maintain a small flock of Katahdins. |
